Thank you for this opportunity.

I want to apologize If I haven’t told you this recently. You are appreciated more than you could ever imagine. I am grateful that you have given us your trust to serve you and help your business grow.

I know this is a privilege. There are thousands upon thousands of marketing agencies that exist, and the fact that you have chosen to allow us to be your partners is truly humbling. I honor your commitment to us with my unwavering commitment to you and your company’s needs. Yes, I will happily take that call at 9 pm on a Saturday if I can — and it’s not because I’m a workaholic. It’s because I care deeply about you. I know that if you’re calling me at that time, then it must be important. True support goes beyond just office hours.

I have developed deep and great relationships with many of you, often extending outside of the workplace. Can’t help but smile at your funny late night emoji-filled text messages or laugh at all the holiday bitmojis. I appreciate the connection many of you have allowed me to share with you — whether it’s a casual lunch or a quick phone call — I truly enjoy being involved in your lives. I authentically share in the joy of your success or the pain of your struggles.

Thank you for making me a better person, a stronger manager, and a more thoughtful human being. For challenging me to be the best in my industry and the most knowledgeable marketer I can be. Thank for you for not allowing half measures and making me always strive for perfection. I want you to know that I value all that I have learned from each and every one of you, and you are all heroes to me in your own unique way.
